We handle everything from the design process to operation and long-term maintenance. Solar PPAs may also offer fixed discounts on electricity tariffs throughout the contract or provide increasing discounts based on electricity consumption over the contract period.

Our solar systems are “on-grid” and require the grid to power up the inverters. In case of black-out a solar system is deactivated and does not produce anymore.
Solar panels need sunlight to produce electricity which would happen at daytime typically from 6:00am to 6:00pm, therefore it cannot be produce at night.

No. All the risks are borne by GreenYellow as an investor and operator who guarantees the performance of the solar power plant. In case of sub performance, you will be compensated by a credit note equivalent to your missed savings.
You can exit the buy-out solar power plant from its 8th year of operation. From years 1 to 7, the buy-out option cannot be activated.

We do the structure study before installing the solar panels. The roof shall be a metal sheet or concrete roof.
Roof Tiles must be replaced by metal sheets before building a roof solar plant
The minimum roof space without any obstacles (cooling tower, skylight, and other) is around 4000-5000m2.
Our team can explore options for additional space with a carport for instance.
Installing our solar cell system will not affect your building’s roof at all. We use non-penetrating solution to install the rooftop solar system.
GreenYellow does not change your electricity connection to the grid. The facility remains connected to the grid while you are using the electricity generated from solar and the grid.
This is an additional piece of equipment that is installed at the solar module level, and which is a remotely controlled electrical switch, similar to what is used to turn on and off lights.
Upon remote activation, Rapid Shutdown devices will reduce the voltage at the PV panels area. This is an additional safety feature, in line with USA fire department requirements.
