Responsible for the delivery of multiple PV projects within the approved budget and timeline
Manage the work progress closely with the Project Managers, the site managers and all the contractors
Responsible for the licensing team and monitor closely the progress of the overall licensing process necessary to reach the commercial Operation date of the projects on time
Responsible for the HSE process follow-up on all his projects and for improving the safety awareness of his team and all the contractors
Interpret, explain, and close contracts and technical information with external parties and contractors
Ensure ISO process is followed-up and completed on-site accurately and implement continuous improvement culture
Study supplier and subcontractor installation procedures and improve according to specifications
Ensure contractors meet the contractual conditions of performance
Qualifications :
Management skills
Planning and follow-up strong experience
Strong leadership skill
Ability to communicate effectively with all level of staff and also with Thai Authorities
Outstanding negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of English
Ability to travel as assigned
Skills and Knowledge :
Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or in Construction Management or related fields
Minimum 10 years work experience in management of the construction of multiple sites in parallel and knowledge of the solar industry will be plus
